We were approached by a prestigious London hotel that needed to accommodate a large number of guests for an opening party for a conference. The final layout comprised of a reception marquee, main marquee with soft seating and bar, with a central area surrounded with a number of Chinese hats used as food stations providing a variety of fabulous food and a small marquee for a band and speeches.
